How the quarters differ
By scale and by years. The largest is the quarter in Tairova: fourteen buildings handed over between 2013 and 2022. The newest is KADORR City on Krasnova: eight buildings from 2024 to 2026. The quarters on Sakharova, Kamanina and Henuezka hold four to six buildings each, and the one in Cheriomushky three.
The second difference is the district. Henuezka and Frantsuzsky Boulevard are the coastal Prymorskyi district, Krasnova is Khadzhybeiskyi, Tairova is Kyivskyi and Sakharova is Peresypskyi. The district decides both the price per metre and the drive to the centre.
Who a quarter suits rather than a single building
A buyer for whom the yard and the neighbours matter: inside a quarter the grounds are shared, so evening parking, playgrounds and security serve all the buildings together. The choice starts from the list of available apartments across all the buildings of a quarter: identical layouts in neighbouring blocks can carry different prices.
