Renovations go wrong in two ways: a cost that grows as work proceeds, and trades who disappear between stages. Both are cured by the same thing: a costing agreed before work starts and one person accountable for the whole job.
We renovate apartments in new developments and in older buildings, from first fix through to handover with cleaning. The costing is prepared before work begins and changes only on your decision, in writing.

Frequently asked questions
Why might the costing grow?
Because of what cannot be seen until surfaces come up: the state of the screed, old services, walls out of true. We record all of it before starting, and any change to the costing is agreed in writing.
Who buys the materials?
Whichever suits you. You can buy to our list yourself, or hand it to us entirely.
How long does a two-bedroom renovation take?
Cosmetic from three weeks, full from two months. The timeline depends on scope and on how quickly decisions about materials are made.
Can I live in the apartment during the work?
Sometimes during cosmetic work, never during a full renovation. It is worth deciding before starting, because it changes the sequence of works.
Do you give a guarantee?
On our labour, yes. Materials carry the manufacturer guarantee.
Do you renovate for letting?
Yes, and it is a different approach: hard-wearing materials rather than expensive ones, because a rental renovation has to outlast tenants.
