The deal
Full-service property sale
From setting the price to money in your account. You come in only for the signing.
- Commission from 5 percent
- Photos, ads, viewings
- You only sign
Selling on your own looks simple until the calls start. Half are from agents, half from people who will never buy, and the real buyer turns up around the time the listing has worn you out.
We take the sale end to end: setting the price, preparing the apartment for photography, advertising, screening calls, running viewings, negotiating, and taking the deal through to registration of title.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
How long does a sale take?
It depends on the price. An apartment listed at market level typically sells within one to three months. Listed above market, it can sit for years.
Why not list high and wait?
You can, but the first two weeks after a listing goes live bring the most views. If the price is too high then, the listing burns out and gets less exposure afterwards.
Who pays the commission?
The seller, when we are selling their property. The figure is fixed in the agreement before work starts.
Can a property with debts or an encumbrance be sold?
Often yes, but the sequence differs: the encumbrance is lifted first, and that is part of the work too.
What if the apartment does not sell?
We review the price and the presentation and show you the numbers: views and calls the listing produced. The decision on price is always yours.
Do you handle new-build units without registered title?
Yes, by assignment of rights. The developer sets its own conditions there, and they need checking before listing.
