Do I need experience in real estate?

It helps, but it is not required. Partners without experience go through the agent school with their team, and a network mentor runs alongside the office for the first 90 days.

What does the partnership include?

The brand, REALTBANK CRM, the shared database, training, property advertising and legal support for contracts. Only telephony and portals are paid separately, at your own rates.

Can I work in another city or country?

Yes. The platform and the procedures are not tied to one city: currencies, languages, reference books and portals adapt to your market.

Who owns the clients and the properties?

Your office. They are visible to the network under the exchange rules, and contacts open only through a deal with your agent.

How much does opening cost?
