The centre, Viry Kholodnoi Square. The easiest if you come from another district by public transport: a transport hub is nearby and the notaries and public service centres where a deal is executed are within walking distance.
Mala Arnautska. Also central, but closer to the business part of town: convenient to drop in during a lunch break if you work downtown.
Kanatna. The Prymorskyi district, close to the sea and the waterfront. Convenient if you are looking at flats in the centre or around Frantsuzkyi Boulevard.
Arkadia, Genuezka. Next to the resort part of the city: the handiest office when you are viewing flats by the sea or staying in Arkadia on a short visit.
Filatova. The Khadzhybeiskyi district, with easy access from the north of the city and from the motorway side. Easier to reach by car than the centre, and parking is not a problem here.
What the agent for your district does
Each district has its own group of agents who know the buildings, the management companies and the price history on particular streets. A meeting is therefore more useful at the office nearest the district you are searching in rather than the one nearest your home. If the districts differ, we put you in touch with the agent who covers the right one.
How a meeting at the office goes
Over over 5,000 deals have started with conversations in these rooms. Come with whatever you have: the address of a flat, a listing, or simply a district and a budget. At the meeting we look together at what is on sale now, show the price per metre in that district and say whether your sum meets what you are looking for.
A meeting commits you to nothing: we take no advance payment for a search and do not ask you to sign anything at a first conversation. If you decide afterwards to look on your own, the selection we put together stays with you.
If the flat is already chosen, bring its documents: we will check straight away who owns it and whether anything stands in the way of a deal. A meeting takes between half an hour and an hour, and nobody is in a hurry.
