Interior design
A design you can build from, not just look at.
- Estimate after inspection
- Visualisations
- Working drawings
A handsome visualisation is half the design, and not the important half. A builder needs drawings: where the walls go, where the sockets sit, how high the tiling runs, which floor material goes in the hallway. Without them a pretty image turns into an argument with the trades.
We produce a design with both halves: layouts, drawings and material specifications. Work costed from that design is costed accurately, and the budget does not grow because nobody knew.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
How does a layout differ from a full design?
A layout says where things go. A full design adds the drawings to build from and the specifications to cost from.
How long does a design take?
Three to six weeks for an apartment. The main variable is decision speed: the design waits while the layout is unapproved.
Are visualisations essential?
No, but without them arguments about appearance move to the build stage, where every change costs money.
Can you design without doing the renovation?
Yes. The design is a separate service and any contractor can work from it.
Do you work to a budget?
Yes, the budget is an input, not an outcome. If it is tight, that shows in the specifications rather than in refusing the job.
Do you design for rental properties?
Yes, and the logic differs: simpler solutions, harder-wearing materials, neutral colours.
