An answer the same day
A duty agent reads the form, not an autoresponder. We call within the day. If a messenger suits you better, say so in the comment and we will not call.
Questions first, viewings later
The agent asks about district, budget, floor, condition and timing before offering anything. This is not a formality: half of the enquiries change district after that talk, because the same flat costs less one district away.
We arrange the viewing
The agent agrees the time with the owner and you simply come. One trip usually covers several nearby properties, so you compare them on the spot rather than in photographs.
Documents checked before the deposit
Title documents, the list of owners, registered residents, encumbrances and utility debts. We check before money changes hands, not after: what surfaces later costs a sum rather than nerves.
Which office to pick
The offices are equal: any of them works with property across the city and the region. So choose by how easy it is for you to get there, not by where the property is. You can come without an appointment, we are in touch.
What to bring
To the first meeting, nothing. Passport and tax number are needed at the deposit stage, and we order the extracts ourselves. If you are selling, bring the title document: it shows at once what else needs to be arranged.
