Can a Ukrainian citizen buy property abroad?
Yes, in every country listed - either without restrictions or through a simple procedure; we explain what the particular country requires for the deal.
How do I pay from Ukraine?
By bank transfer under the purchase contract, in line with currency regulations; a local lawyer and our specialist accompany the payment. The details depend on the country and the amount - we go through them at the consultation.
Does buying grant a residence permit?
In Turkey, the UAE, Spain and Cyprus - yes, under certain conditions and amounts; in Montenegro, Bulgaria and Georgia there are separate procedures. We say plainly where it does and where it does not.
Can I view a property online?
Yes: a video tour with our partner on site, documents and floor plan - before any trip. We arrange the trip once the choice narrows to two or three properties.
How much do FAKTOR services cost?
In most cases our search is free for the buyer - the developer or partner pays the fee; legal support and local services are agreed separately and quoted in advance.
