The price across the developer properties starts at 35 000 $. What moves it further: the stage of the building, the floor, the area and whether the apartment is renovated. Listings appear both in finished buildings and in those under construction, and those are different contracts: in a finished building an owner sells, in a new one the developer does.

What to check about a developer
What the developer has already delivered and when: finished buildings are the only thing you can inspect in person rather than on a render. It is worth walking into the entrance, looking at the yard and asking residents when the building was actually commissioned. Whether the dates in earlier phases matched the contracts. Which permit covers the phase you are buying into. And who maintains the buildings after handover, because that decides what the courtyard looks like in a few years.
