RealPark: construction progress as of October 2026

RealPark is a STIKON project at 3 Ovidiopolska road. Legally this is the Khadzhybeiskyi district of Odesa, while locally the area is called Cheriomushky. Three buildings of seventeen floors hold one thousand seven hundred and four apartments, housing class comfort.

As of October 2026

According to LUN all three buildings are in operation, and the developer has finished its own sales, so apartments there are listed by owners. That does not mean there is nothing to buy in RealPark: our catalogue holds lots in this complex, and the count on this page is live and refreshes itself.

The cheapest apartment starts from 32 000 $, with sizes from 20 to 65 square metres.

How buying in a finished building differs

In a completed building the buyer sees a real apartment, the entrance, the courtyard and the neighbours rather than a floor plan on paper. The delivery date is no longer a risk, but other questions appear: whether the seller holds registered ownership, whether service charges are unpaid, what has been done inside, and whether any alterations were approved.

Prices in a finished building are higher than at the excavation stage, and bargaining works differently: you negotiate with one owner and their circumstances, not with a sales office.

What it is worth checking before the contract

The ownership extract, how the seller acquired the property, utility and service debts, approvals for any alterations, and who else is registered in the apartment. It is a few days of work, and it costs less than any of the consequences of skipping it.
