Where they are: the Peresypskyi district, parts of Khadzhybeiskyi, Slobodka, Chornomorka and the far end of Cheriomushky. In Prymorskyi this money buys only a room, or a flat in a state that needs a full renovation.
At this level the documents matter more than the address. The cheaper segment holds more inherited flats, ownership shares, registered occupants and unlegalised alterations: a check here is worth more than the view.
