The gap between the extremes is almost twofold, and the city can be crossed end to end in an hour. That is the key figure for any buyer: the choice of district weighs more than the choice between a new build and resale.
By number of listings the picture differs: Prymorskyi has 2,259 flats, Khadzhybeiskyi 1,332, Kyivskyi 1,244 and Peresypskyi 578. So the dearest district also offers the widest choice.
