Where these reviews come from and what we do with them

We deliberately do not run a review form of our own. Here is why.

The source is Google

Reviews link to their original on Google. Original texts are preserved. Any translation is marked so you can distinguish it from the author's words and check the source.

Why not our own form

Anyone can write into a form on our own site, and neither you nor we can verify it. On Google the author has a profile, a history of ratings, and we cannot delete them. So we handed this over to a system we do not control.

How the rating is counted

The average score and the number of reviews are Google numbers taken from the listing, not our own arithmetic. They follow the listing, so the page shows exactly what a person sees in search and on the map.

Bad reviews stay

We cannot remove a review from a Google listing and do not try. Every complaint is answered by the branch manager, and the answer is visible in the same listing. If something is still unresolved, write to us before leaving a score.

How to leave one

The buttons at the bottom of the page open the review form of the branch you dealt with. The score is posted from your Google profile, so write from the device you use for your mail.

What to look for

The text is more useful than the score: the district, the type of deal, how long the search took, which documents were checked. A score with no text says nothing, and we do not ask anyone to leave one.
