What the centre offers

The floor changes the price and the business

Listings run from ground level to the fifteenth floor, and they are not the same product. Lower floors go to businesses whose clients walk in without an appointment. Upper floors go to companies that want quiet and a view, with clients arriving by arrangement. A lift matters more than the floor number: without one, a fifth floor office loses half its visitors.

Parking decides more than it looks

On street parking in the centre is scarce, so the courtyard parking of a business centre becomes part of the deal. Ask how many spaces are tied to the unit and whether they are billed separately: in some buildings spaces are sold by monthly pass, which adds to the figure.
