Agent’s description

For sale: 13-sotka residential building plot in Lisky, Naberezhna Street, in the gated Tartus cottage community next to Sosnovyi Bereh, Odesa.

The community is guarded and has direct sea access with three equipped beaches. The plot is 13.2 sotkas on paper, while in reality it has about 15 sotkas of level ground plus an adjoining slope of about 4 sotkas. Use of the slope is approved by the community management, and many neighbors turn it into lounge areas, gardens or terraces. There is a 30 m² summer house on the plot.

The main advantage is the location and views: the bay and the city on one side, the open sea and passing ships on the other. A yacht club is nearby. A rare option for anyone looking for a seaside plot with building potential, call us to arrange a site visit.
