Developer PlatinumBud has summed up the 2025 works at Sea Town on Akademika Sakharova Street, 14. Reports came out monthly from August to November, and the site never stopped in that time. Planned completion is 2026, so about a year remained at the end of 2025.
The complex stands in the Peresypskyi district, comfort class. The developer has six residential complexes in Odesa and has been building since 2019. A square metre in Sea Town itself averages about 700 dollars, below the district average of 967 dollars as at October 2026.
What this means for a buyer
The Peresypskyi district is the cheapest way into the Odesa market: as at October 2026 it holds 318 apartments for sale, the cheapest from 7 000 dollars. A metre at 700 dollars puts this complex at the lower end even for its own district, and that is its main argument for a buyer on a budget.
What to check
What to check in a complex like this: the land rights and the lease term, which has to outlast the construction period with room to spare, the construction permit, and whether the storey count in it matches what is being sold. Look separately at parking: if there are fewer spaces than apartments, some cars will end up in the courtyard.
What to do next
We hold no apartments in this complex at the moment, so checking it falls to you or to us acting for you as a buyer: land documents, the construction permit and liability for the deadline in the contract. There is a selection of apartments in the Peresypskyi district nearby, showing what neighbouring buildings sell for.
We will shortlist options for your budget and guide the deal from the first viewing to signing.
