What to check
What to check: a date rather than a quarter in the contract, the developer liability if it slips, and the parking. If there are fewer spaces than apartments, some cars end up in the courtyard. Ask separately about the down payment and the installment term: they change more often than prices. And look at how many apartments in the building are listed at once: when there are many, the price is easier to negotiate, because sellers are not exiting alone.
