Zruchnyi published its December site report, the last of 2025. Reports came out monthly through the year, and the December one is worth keeping: it is what the March report is compared against to see how much was done over the winter. Less than a year remained before the planned 2026 completion.
The complex is built by Duet in the Prymorskyi district on Serednofontanska Street, business class; the developer has two complexes in Odesa dating back to 2011. As at October 2026 we hold 11 apartments here, the cheapest from 85 000 dollars, with a metre at about 900 dollars.
What this means for a buyer
Winter is when site pace drops because of the weather, and a one month slip is normal. A three month slip is a signal, and the way to check it is not words in the sales office but comparing the December report with the March one. For business class in the Prymorskyi district this matters especially: a metre here averages 1 584 dollars, and every month of delay is money sitting idle.
