Situated in the Oyster Pond Lagoon, all slips include brand new boat lifts with a load capacity up to 20,000 pounds and capable of docking boats up to 45 feet long and 12 feet wide. 

All docks have approximately an 8 foot draft. 

All boat slips have access to electricity and running water. 

All boat slips are $35,000 each.

There is a monthly fee of US$140.00 for each slip which includes insurance of the docks and use of all the hotel facilities at the Oyster Bay Beach Resort, including the swimming pools and fitness center.
